You have an idea.
I build the whole thing.
Moonray builds complete products for people who cannot build them and do not want to hire a team to find out how much that costs. One builder, direct contact, nothing lost in handover.
Built, and running.
Three products designed and built solo this year. Architecture, code, deployment, all of it. Click through the stages.
An AI companion holds voice conversations in Persian over months, remembers everything told, works out where one story ends and the next begins, and assembles it into a printed hardcover book. The polish engine keeps the speaker's exact phrasing and is never permitted to invent a fact.
Pre production and production in one system, carrying a project from story through script, image and video without drifting between stages. The hard part is consistency, and consistency is an architecture problem rather than a generation problem.
A child speaks an idea and watches it become a scene in about two seconds, then decides what happens next. Image generation and story state updates run in parallel while narration plays, so the wait disappears rather than being shortened.
What would yours cost?
Gartner expects more than 40% of AI projects to be cancelled by 2027, mostly because buyers committed before defining the job. So here is the scoping conversation, before you send an email.
An estimate, not a quote. Real numbers come after one conversation about what you actually need, which is usually less than you think.
Fixed scope. Fixed price.
Agreed in writing before anything starts. No hourly meters, no open ended discovery phase, no surprise invoice at the end.
Solo is faster, not riskier.
// the agency version
You pay for an account manager, a project manager and a team of four, then spend the first fortnight watching them get introduced to each other.
Your requirements pass through three people before they reach anyone who writes code. Every handover loses something, and you find out which thing at the demo.
// this version
I do the architecture, the build and the handover myself, with AI leverage covering the work a junior team used to do.
Nothing is lost in translation because there is no translation. That is why delivery is measured in weeks, and why the price is what it is.
Tell me what you are building.
I will tell you honestly whether I can help, what it will cost and how long it will take. If it is not worth building, I will say that instead.
